Today, we’re excited to share that we've entered into a binding agreement to be acquired by Decidr AI (ASX: DAI).
Decidr is building the infrastructure for the agentic economy — where businesses can automate and transform with precision. Our expertise in capturing, structuring, and gaining insight from operational knowledge fits perfectly into that vision. Together, we will empower organizations to move from discovery to intelligent execution faster and more reliably.
We'll continue operating as Sugarwork, supported by Decidr's global team and resources. Our existing customers gain access to a broader ecosystem, and we get to bring our approach to workflow intelligence to a much wider audience.
This accelerates everything we set out to do — helping teams unlock the knowledge that's always been there, just waiting to be activated.
