How to connect your Sugarwork account with Zoom

1. Log into your Sugarwork account on https://app.sugarwork.com

2. Click on your profile on the top right of the screen

3. Click on the “Connect your Zoom account” button

4. Sugarwork will redirect you to login to Zoom’s authentication site. It will ask you to log into Zoom if you have not already done so. Once you log in, you will be directed to the consent page shown below. Please click on “Allow” to continue.

5. After you give consent for Sugarwork to connect with your Zoom account, you will be directed back to sugarwork.com.

You can now use your Zoom account for your Sugarwork Sessions.

How to use Zoom for your Sugarwork sessions

Once you have connected your Zoom account with Sugarwork, you will be able to schedule Sugarwork knowledge share sessions through the platform. When you do, you will have the option to set up a Zoom call to host it. The call link will appear directly in the calendar invitation for you and the other participants.

1. Visit a Sugarwork Knowledge Share assigned to you, and start the scheduling process by clicking on “Schedule Session”

2. Select a suggested time or select a custom time to schedule the meeting, then click on the “Include Zoom call” checkbox, then click on the “Send Invite” button.

3. The Sugarwork platform will send a meeting invite to your calendar. At the scheduled time, join the meeting using the Zoom link provided in the invite on your calendar.

4. When you join the meeting, the Sugarwork Notetaker will join the call. It will record, transcribe and summarize the meeting.

How to disconnect your Sugarwork account from Zoom

1. Log into your Sugarwork account on https://app.sugarwork.com

2. Click on your profile on the top right of the screen

3. Click on “Profile”

4. Click on “Disconnect your Zoom account”

5. You will see a pop-up notification on the bottom left of your screen confirm that your Zoom account was disconnected successfully.

How to remove Sugarwork from your Zoom account

Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace

  1. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Sugarwork app

  2. Click Remove next to the Sugarwork

  3. On the confirm dialogue that appears, click on Remove
